The No Separate Justice Campaign together with the Campaign for Alternatives to Isolated Confinement will kick off Torture Awareness Month with a focus on the interrelated abuses in the federal so-called "war on terror" and America's mass incarceration system. The event will include narratives from people currently and formerly held in solitary confinement and relatives of people in solitary confinement.
