Judge orders 17 Chinese Muslims released from Guantanamo Bay

A Federal judge has ordered the release of 17 Chinese Uighurs after over six years of imprisonment in Guantanamo. The Uighurs were cleared of charges over four years ago, but were kept because the lack of willingness from any country to take them in. This historic decision is the first time a judge has ordered the Bush administration to release detainees from Guantanamo
