Oral argument on Defendants’ Motion to Dismiss in Al-Aulaqi v. Panetta lawsuit challenging U.S. "Targeted Killings" will be heard by Judge Rosemary M. Collyer of the United States District Court for the District of Columbia on July 19, 2013, at 10:00 am.

We will be challenging the government’s attempt to dismiss our case on the assertion that these killings are “political questions” and immune from judicial review.

Where: United States District Court for the District of Columbia, 333 Constitution Ave NW, Washington D.C.*
When: Friday, July 19, 2013 at 10:00 a.m. Arrive at least 30 min early.

Please also sign and circulate CCR's letter to the White House demanding that President Obama put an end to unlawful killings using drones or other weapons.
